Martha Santibanez is a professional with over 13 years of Customer Service and Office Administration experience. She is dedicated to helping others and ready to establish long lasting relationships with members of the Seminole Tribe of Florida (STOF). 

It is Martha’s goal to help students reach their fullest potential by providing them with every opportunity possible.  She works collaboratively with students, their families, teachers, and fellow staff members to remove barriers to the student's educational learning in order to set up a strong foundation for a child to succeed and become their best selves.  Martha feels very fortunate to work alongside such dedicated colleagues who are always looking for ways to improve, and finding ways to make things even better.  Sometimes it works and sometimes not, but the process is the key.  They all work as a team to inspire a lifelong commitment to learning, so that all students not only advance in their skills, but also can succeed and become motivated learners. 

Martha is looking forward to continuing to have a positive impact on helping your child/children unlock their academic potential!  She values her role in supporting Moms & Dads, Grandmothers & Grandfathers, Uncles and Aunties in their parenting journey and believes that kids are our future!  She states it feels good to be a part of such a dynamic, friendly, and energetic community.
