Hello, I'm Chris Paul-Etienne, your dedicated Student Success Specialist within the Education Department. Prior to my role here, I spent 8 fulfilling years collaborating with the Boys and Girls Club, humbly serving our tribe. Throughout this journey, I had the privilege of enriching Seminole youth's lives by imparting education, fostering health and wellness, nurturing their artistic talents, instilling strong character and leadership skills, and igniting their passion for sports and recreation.
My tenure at the Boys and Girls Club not only allowed me to become intimately acquainted with our tribal community but also enabled me to forge enduring bonds with both family and fellow tribal members. My profound understanding of our tribal culture and values naturally paved the way for my transition to the Education Department.
In this new capacity, I am poised to continue my mission of motivating and accommodating the diverse needs of Seminole students and families, ensuring that each one thrives in their educational journey. As the saying goes, "The squeaking tire gets the grease," I firmly believe in the power of speaking up and addressing concerns to effect meaningful change. I am here to listen, advocate, and empower.
On a lighter note, a fun fact about me is that if it's not on solid ground, you won't find me there. I'm genuinely petrified of heights and tend to steer clear of deep bodies of water. It's just one of those quirks that makes me who I am. I look forward to collaborating with you all and contributing to the success and growth of our Seminole students.
