Russell Brown

Russell Brown is deeply committed to enhancing educational outcomes and community growth through collaborative leadership, strategic planning, and a passion for cultural integration. He has returned to STOF after several years in public education and has extensive experience at the elementary, middle, high school and college levels. Mr. Russ was the Campus President of Indian River State College- The Dixon Hendry Campus, the CEO/Principal of Pemayetv Emahakv Charter School, and in Okeechobee County Public Schools Mr. Russ served as a Principal, Assistant Principal, and the Director of Student Services. Mr. Russ is a dedicated educator who is happy to be back with the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
